thermOweld^® connections are a simple, efficient method of welding Cathodic Protection copper lead wires to copper, steel or cast/ductile iron structures. The total amount of heat applied to the wire and structure during the thermOweld^® process is considerably less than the heat required to braze or solder these elements.

As the thermOweld^® connections are molecular welds, they offer the following benefits:

• They will not be affected by a high current surge
  
• They will not loosen or corrode at the point of the connection
  
• The will provide a current carrying capacity equal to or greater than that of the conductors
